1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gb98 platform, including all associated websites, mobile-optimised pages, gaming products, and support services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and gb98 ("gb98", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the gb98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on gb98, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or prohibited under applicable law.
• You must register only one account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) by providing accurate and truthful personal information as requested by gb98.

gb98 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Player at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or the withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each Player may hold only one registered account on gb98. Registration requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid form of identification consistent with KYC requirements. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. gb98 will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Notify gb98 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• You must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• You must not open an account on behalf of another person or permit another person to use your account.
• gb98 may restrict access to certain features or require additional verification steps if unusual account activity is detected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gb98 supports a range of payment methods for Bangladesh players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳500. gb98 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. gb98 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times depend on the selected payment method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. All withdrawals require a completed and approved KYC verification before funds are released.

gb98 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds or where suspicious activity is identified. This may include requests for additional identity documentation or source of funds information. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified to gb98's satisfaction may be declined, and funds may be held pending further review.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotions

gb98 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed in the promotions section of the Platform. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed KYC verification and meet the minimum deposit requirement for the specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each individual offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where bonus-to-cash conversion is explicitly permitted by the specific offer terms.
• gb98 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already claimed the offer.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or exploitation of system errors, will be voided and the associated account may be suspended.

gb98 may cap the maximum winnings derived from a specific bonus or free spin promotion. Where a maximum winnings cap applies, it will be stated in the individual offer terms.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on the gb98 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. gb98 expects all Players to engage with the Platform in good faith and in accordance with the spirit of these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or undocumented features of any game or Platform function for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any automated betting system, software, or artificial intelligence to place wagers on the Platform without the express written consent of gb98.
• Engaging in any activity intended to circumvent security measures, payment controls, or the operational integrity of the Platform.

gb98 reserves the right to void wagers and withhold winnings from gameplay determined to have violated these fair use provisions. Persistent or severe violations will result in permanent account closure.

7. Responsible Gaming

gb98 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. gb98 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

gb98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, or fair use provisions.
• gb98 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Player is engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or the use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• The Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• The Player is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during account use.

9. Limitation of Liability

The gb98 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While gb98 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and data integrity, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb98 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gb98's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their gb98 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gb98 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of gb98 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of gb98.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gb98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, gb98 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice to Players via email notification, Platform banner, or both. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
